Q: Hi. I bought three battery packs for my VTECH CS6229-5, mAg but they are about 1/4" too long. Suggestions?
A:I also had the same problem. I reported it to amazon and was promptly contacted but the seller. I explained what happened and they shipped me the correct ones. They said don't worry about returning the originals I received.
